Founded to close the hiring visibility gap
Built in South Africa
Our founding team saw the same problem from both sides: talented people struggling to get a first break, and hiring managers spending enormous time on candidates who were never the right fit.
Breaking into a new market felt impossible—plenty of roles existed, but few doors opened. Eventually the right employer read between the lines of a CV and gave a chance. Years later, consulting for large organisations, I watched the mirror image: great roles that never reached the right people. Hirewaar exists to close that gap.
